Our standard filters are mechanically and thermally bonded from synthetic fibres they are also progressively structured thereby offering high dust holding capacity, non woven filter materials are able to operate in many different environmental conditions such as high humidity and variations in temperature.
Filters produced from synthetic fibres also have the advantage of avoiding fibre shedding which means that there is no release of fibre fragments into the air during the operation of air conditioning systems.
Both in house testing and tests by independent test establishments ensure our filters meet the relevant standards (e g EN779 : 2002 ) for air filters used in general air conditioning and ventilation environments. Stringent quality control ensures complete traceability of all products.
Our medias comply with European Regulations on chemicals used in production processes as tabled in (REACh) E>C> No. 1907/2006.
